This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Social Worker to become a part of the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. The role requires a degree in Social Work or a related field, along with at least 2 years of social care experience. Knowledge of the Care Act is essential, as is strong communication skills. Role Overview:
