• Support the Staffordshire Children’s Advice and Support (SCAS) team in providing top-quality telephone and web-based referral services.
• Engage with a multi-agency team to ensure a responsive and efficient referral and signposting service for vulnerable children and families.
• Draw on your comprehensive knowledge of Early Help, Safeguarding, Children in Care, and other related areas to deliver exceptional service to the community.
• Demonstrate strong ICT skills and use of electronic social care and children’s information systems.
• Work flexibly to manage service needs effectively, contributing to the overall success of the team and the community they support.
