Job Description:

The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and manage a multi-disciplinary team of both registered and non-registered professionals to deliver the key strategic aims of the organisation and its partners. The role involves driving forward the delivery of strength-based models of practice, implementing high-quality standards of professional practice, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. The successful candidate will lead by example, embodying the TOWER behaviours.

The role also ensures that the team operates in accordance with relevant health, social care, and housing legal frameworks, statutory requirements, and local policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, overseeing safeguarding functions, and contributing to ensuring people's safety through the Tower Hamlets Safeguarding Policy and procedures.
