Job Title: Senior Adults Social Worker
Location: Waltham Forest
Rate: £38 per hour

An exciting role has become available in Waltham Forest. They are looking for an experienced Senior Adults Social Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and supervision to a team of social workers and support staff
• Upholding high standards of practice with Strengths-Based, person-Centered Assessments
• Delivering exceptional social care to adults and their carers, promoting choice and control
• Ensuring individuals receive appropriate care through Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and reviews
• Allocating and triaging incoming referrals, quality assuring work, and leading supervision

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work
