Job summary

STRABAG UK LIMITED is seeking a Social Value Senior Advisor to lead the HARP Project's social value agenda and embed social value throughout delivery. You will collaborate with the Sustainability Manager, Technical Lead, and central Social Value team to drive measurable community impact and governance-aligned reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of public procurement and social value frameworks (e.g. TOMS or Social Value Portal).
• Experience collecting, managing and reporting social value metrics and evidence.
• Experience working on public sector contracts.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Experience mentoring junior Social Value Advisors or Coordinators desirable.
• Experience supporting client audits, reporting requirements and governance processes.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. ISEP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the HARP Project's social value agenda, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Embed social value across all project stages and ensure application of best practice.
• Engage with clients, local authorities, education providers, community organisations and the supply chain as the main social value contact.
• Coordinate the collection, validation and reporting of social value data to meet client and business requirements.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and impact summaries demonstrating project value.
• Provide mentoring and technical support to Social Value Advisors and Coordinators.
