• Degree in Sustainability or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience delivering social value, sustainability or socio-economic programmes.
• Strong understanding of social sustainability principles and impact measurement.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SPEN's Social Value strategy across projects.
• Embed social value into procurement, contracts and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable social value.
• Provide training and tools for project managers and suppliers.
