Job summary

Coastline Housing in Redruth is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee the delivery of repairs, ensuring works are costed and resourced accurately and completed to high customer satisfaction. You will bring knowledge of building construction, cost estimation and contractor management, plus familiarity with CDM, Fire Regulations and HHSRS.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering responsive repairs and continuous improvement.
• Sound knowledge of building construction and defect diagnosis.
• Ability to estimate repair and maintenance costs with project/contractor management.
• Understanding CDM regulations, Fire regulations and HHSRS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are costed, resourced accurately and delivered with high customer satisfaction.
• Provide extensive technical support across the team on repairs and maintenance of homes and non-residential assets.
• Advise on health and safety requirements; bring shortfalls to the attention of the responsible people.
