Zusammenfassung
Coastline Housing Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join the Property Investment and Compliance team. You will help ensure that all works are costed, resourced and delivered effectively across our housing assets.
Experience in cost planning and contract administration is desirable. This permanent, full-time role is based on-site in Redruth and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to maintain property standards and deliver value for money for our customers.

We have an exciting and new opportunity within our Property Investment and Compliance team for a Maintenance Surveyor. Working across a multidisciplinary team, the Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring that all works are costed and resourced accurately and delivered effectively.
