Job summary

Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead brand storytelling across social channels. You will partner with creative, media and product marketing to translate strategy into creator-led campaigns that drive awareness and love for our money app.

You’ll own measurement, budgets and approvals, and guide influencers to communicate our brand with authenticity at scale. The role sits at the heart of our Brand Strategy team and offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working in social, with a deep bias towards strategic thinking.
• Deep craft experience in social executions with the ability to develop strategic thinking for complex brand needs.
• Experience with influencers and platform trends, behaviours, rules and optimisation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic acumen to stretch brand narrative across channels.
• Define and implement measurement systems to demonstrate social value for brand building.
• Collaborate with internal teams across media and performance to maximise creative outputs.
• Oversee creator selection and ensure alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
• Think broadly to make the brand ubiquitous across owned, earned and shared media.
