Starling Bank in London is seeking a Digital Brand Designer to shape and elevate our brand identity across our primary digital touchpoints, with a core focus on our web experience. You’ll balance exceptional visual storytelling with a strong understanding of digital platforms.

You’ll collaborate with writers, marketers, data analysts, and developers to turn ideas into crafted digital experiences that feel premium and on-brand, guiding design from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating original thinking and strong visual craft for digital/web projects.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for web layouts and prototyping.
• Experience using data, user feedback, or A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Confident in presenting work and collaborating with developers.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, web experiences aligned with brand principles.
• Translate briefs into strong digital executions that feel fresh and premium.
• Use data, analytics, and feedback to iteratively improve the website.
• Deliver meticulously crafted design files to the development team.
• Maintain visual consistency across layouts, typography, imagery, and interactions.
