Job summary

One Green Bean in London is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services lead to oversee premium social content programmes, campaigns and productions for luxury clients. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage account performance, and work closely with creative to deliver high‑quality work.

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years in an agency setting, strong commercial acumen, and hands‑on leadership. A passion for social trends and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Client Services within an agency.
• Expertise in content strategy, digital marketing, and multi‑platform social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in social/media measurement and research tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr, etc.
• Experience with delivering social & campaign reporting, succinctly delivering insights.
• Experience with influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead two premium and luxury clients, delivering social content programmes and campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and profitability across multiple workstreams.
• Line-manage and develop junior team members and encourage cross‑department collaboration.
