Job summary

One Green Bean in London is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to lead key client projects and act as the strategic bridge between the agency and clients. You will manage integrated PR, social, influencer, and content campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.

You will own client relationships, deliver compelling briefs, and provide insights that drive growth, working with senior teams to shape strategy and execution. Hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in PR, communications or integrated agency environment.
• Experience independently leading and managing integrated consumer PR campaigns.
• Budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and lead conversations, anticipating issues.
• Manage integrated social, PR, influencer, and content campaigns from briefing to delivery.
• Present work and articulate creative rationale to clients.
• Oversee reporting across channels and turn data into actionable insights.
• Lead internal teams and mentor junior staff.
