Location: Hereford
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: HC07 (£31,067-£35,235)

We are seeking Senior Social Care Assessors to provide community-based adult social care within Herefordshire. You will mainly work in city settings, applying your knowledge and experience in fast-paced teams. As a Senior Social Care Assessor, you will collaborate with occupational therapists, partners, social care assessors, and social workers. Your scope includes conducting strengths-based assessments, mental capacity assessments, care management, and reviews. A driving license is required as travel is essential for this role.
