Job summary

FleishmanHillard in London is seeking an experienced Senior Social Analyst (Account Manager level) to join our TRUE Global Intelligence team. You will blend strong analytical thinking with compelling business storytelling, turning complex datasets into actionable insights for Fortune 500 clients across social, digital and AI analytics projects.

You’ll work on end-to-end projects, manage junior analysts, build client relationships, and develop data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in social marketing or comms analytics & measurement.
• Excellent business writing and reporting; turn data into narratives.
• Experience with earned and owned social measurement frameworks.
• Strong communication skills; present findings to diverse audiences.
• Client-service experience encouraged; build client relationships.
• Curious, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of projects; manage junior analysts.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple project teams and deliver impactful insights.
• Apply diverse methodologies to transform data into recommendations.
• Develop and maintain QC plans and process docs.
• Escalate issues to Directors when timelines or data quality are at risk.
