Qualifications

• Experience in market research supporting marketing, communications, and insights.
• Hands-on across the full primary research lifecycle from scoping to reporting.
• Strong survey design across thought leadership, audience insights and segmentation.
• Experience conducting in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups (in-person/online).
• Ability to translate data into insight-rich narratives and client guidance.
• Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and AI-enabled research tooling.
• Familiarity with analytics across social, earned media, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and manage analytics approaches for healthcare and tech brands.
• Provide strategic client counsel on evidence-based insights and measurement.
• Lead development of integrated measurement models to show business impact.
• Oversee junior analysts to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Social, Innovation, Media, Planning and Creative teams to translate data into insights.
