Qualifications
- Experience in social marketing or analytics and measurement.
- Ability to turn data into clear, strategic narratives for clients.
- Strong reporting and business-writing skills.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of projects; manage junior analysts and report to the account director.
- Build strong client relations and coordinate across internal teams.
- Lead multiple project teams and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Develop processes, QC plans and documentation for projects.
- Escalate data quality or timeline issues promptly to Directors.
