FleishmanHillard UK is seeking a Research Executive to join our TRUE Global Intelligence team in London. You will analyze social, media and digital conversations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and support client work with a mix of quantitative reports and qualitative insights.

You’ll work with tools like Talkwalker, LexisNexis and Cision, contributing to high-impact campaigns and thought leadership. A hybrid working model and global collaboration opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience using analytics tools and platforms for social, media and digital analytics.
• Ability to export data, create reports and present insights to senior audiences.
• Knowledge of trends across social platforms and measurement best practices.
• Comfort with dashboards, data visualization and KPI-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and pattern recognition across multiple client accounts.
• Deliver reports on social, media or digital channels with quantitative and contextual insights.
• Support social listening and GEO monitoring programs for ongoing topics and crises.
• Conduct secondary research to inform market, competitive and audience intelligence.
• Identify emotive drivers for target audiences and contribute to Do/Don’t/Test & Learn slides.
• Ensure reports are accurate, clear and actionable for clients.
