Change Grow Live in Preston is recruiting a Senior Smoke Free Practitioner to lead the Smokefree Lancashire service. You will provide expert advice, develop personalised quit plans and supervise a specialist team across Lancashire.

The role requires experience delivering health and/or social care interventions, line management, and a strong understanding of smoking cessation treatments. You will work as part of a dedicated team, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualificações

• Experience of line management, supervision and appraisals to staff or volunteers.
• Experience of delivering health and/or social care interventions.
• Understanding of harms of smoking and treatments available to smokers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to demands.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the benefits of stopping smoking and the stop smoking services.
• Lead a specialist team providing brief advice and structured programmes across Lancashire.
• Lead on key work-streams to tailor services to target groups.
• Engage with the wider community to increase understanding and referrals.
• Support the Service Manager to ensure service targets are achieved.
• Provide line management, supervision and appraisals to specialists.
