money.co.uk is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager for SME Financial Services to own and expand our B2B lender panel across channels like Business Loans, Asset Finance, and SME Insurance.

You will negotiate with banks and fintech lenders, leveraging data tools to optimize journeys and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines. This hybrid role focuses on building lucrative partnerships and driving commercial growth within the UK SME market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital commercial account management, partnership, or channel experience within UK SME financial services.
• Experience in a digital marketplace, price comparison website, affiliate network, or high-growth B2B fintech.
• Proven track record growing a multi-million-pound B2B partner portfolio and managing renewals.
• Understanding of FCA compliance, TCF, and Consumer Duty for commercial customers.
• Ability to analyse conversion, margin and CTR to support partner negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the SME panel as senior commercial lead, maintaining high-level relationships with banks, lenders, and fintech partners.
• Onboard high-value partners to fill product gaps, improving SME funnels and conversions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to align on credit appetite and growth strategies.
