Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Principal Solutions Specialist (Smart Ticketing) to lead the design and delivery of Smart Ticketing systems. You will report to the Transport Solutions Delivery Manager and guide technical architecture, integration with partners, and ensure solutions meet customer needs.

• Proven Smart Ticketing expertise.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and communicate across all levels of the business.
• Experience leading a team of ticketing professionals to deliver complex, business-critical technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery management of ITSO Smart Ticketing solutions and other smart ticketing integrations.
• Provide support, guidance and escalation routes for Transport Solutions and Digital Services colleagues as well as Ticketing and Transport colleagues across the business.
• Oversee the technical design and solution architecture for Smart Ticketing solutions and work with third parties to ensure integrations meet customer needs.
