Job summary

Hawkes Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager for passive fire protection works in Slough. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, supervise fire door installation, fire stopping and remedial works, and coordinate teams to meet safety and quality standards.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a baseline salary of £50,000 plus a company car and benefits, plus potential flexibility for the right candidate. Start date is October preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering passive fire protection in social housing or residential settings.
• NVQ Level 6 and health & safety qualifications.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery of passive fire protection works on site.
• Organise operatives, supervisors and subcontractors for safe progress.
• Plan labour, materials and access in line with programmes.
• Monitor workmanship and carry out site checks and resolve defects.
