Qualifications

• Proven experience in passive fire protection, fire door or fire stopping contracts.
• Strong project and contract management across multiple live projects.
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, budgets and project programmes.
• Sound commercial awareness including cost control and variations.
• Good knowledge of fire safety legislation and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage passive fire protection contracts from mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Oversee fire door installation, fire stopping, cavity barriers, intumescent sealing and remedial works.
• Develop and manage project programmes, resources and budgets to ensure delivery.
• Lead site operatives, supervisors and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship and productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Monitor costs, prepare CVR reports, and identify commercial variations.
• Ensure installations meet fire safety legislation and certification requirements.
• Oversee QA processes, records, and handover documentation.
• Proactively manage risks and maintain programme delivery.
• Ensure RAMS, inductions and toolbox talks for health and safety.
• Monitor KPIs for quality, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage resident communications and access arrangements professionally.
