Job summary

Speyhawk Limited in Hertfordshire is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support delivery of commercial construction projects in Passive Fire Protection, ranging from £10k to £100k in value. The role combines project coordination, administration, and light estimating duties (schedule of rates), working closely with the commercial team and suppliers across the UK.

You will work under the guidance of senior managers to maintain project programs, raise purchase orders, and help produce O&M manuals

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in construction project coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with estimation or project software is a plus.
• Knowledge of fire protection, drylining or doors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams to maintain programs.
• Set up new project folders, job numbers and H&S documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and support Project Managers with procurement.
• Compile O&M manuals for client handover.
