Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee two manufacturing sites in Hebburn and Port Clarence. You will lead production, maintenance and safety teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation while meeting production targets and quality standards.

The role requires experience in a regulated chemical/process environment, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement across both sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in site/plant management within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience in COMAH environs is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage production, maintenance and engineering teams.
• Experience with HAZOP, Management of Change and safety-critical processes.

Responsibilities

• Take overall operational responsibility for two sites.
• Lead production, engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure targets, quality and customer requirements are met safely and efficiently.
• Manage Health & Safety, Environmental, IPPC and COMAH requirements.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans across sites.
