Job summary

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead a major water sector upgrade project near Winchester. You will report to the Project Manager and drive health, safety and sustainability across the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction programmes.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to time, cost and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within budget and time frame.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and conduct health checks.
• Oversee supplier performance on safety, time and quality, approve RAMS.
• Lead Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsal and Fit for Assembly sign-offs.
• Drive a zero-waste focus and reduce embodied carbon in construction.
• Ensure timely contractual and commercial notices are raised to the Project Team.
• Plan long and short-term resource needs with the Lead Construction Manager.
• Maintain full H&S compliance and empower the team to raise safety concerns.
