Miller Homes is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead a development in the West Midlands, ideally near the Telford area. You will be the senior Miller Homes representative on site, ensuring delivery to company standards including Health & Safety, build programme, budgets and quality.

Reporting to Production, you will manage site teams and subcontractors, drive performance, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Services, Technical & Commercial to maintain high standards and progress toward

Qualificações

• Experience working in a similar role with a Housebuilder.
• Able to manage a site team which may include an Assistant Site Manager and/or Site Manager, General Operative and Telehandler.
• Drive and ambition to win internal and external awards, e.g. NHBC, SHE awards, Considerate Contractor.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.

Responsabilidades

• Overarching accountability for monitoring of all site activities, direct labour and sub-contractors to ensure that operations are carried out in strict accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, in particular SHE.
• Manage, develop and support of staff from all disciplines to build a strong, customer focused and highly effective team ensuring members are fully trained and utilised
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Services, Technical & Commercial
• Authorise, in liaison with the Commercial department, all additional payments and variations for sub-contractors

We are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for our West Midlands region, ideally based around the Telford area. As the senior Miller Homes representative on site, this role is responsible for ensuring to ensure that all aspects of the development are delivered to meet specified company standards, including Health and Safety, build programme, budgets and quality.
