Job summary

Bluebook Partners LTD in Central London seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead on structural alterations and builderswork projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

The role requires coordinating specialist subcontractors, interpreting drawings and managing on-site teams in constrained urban environments, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction sites from start to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
• Excellent subcontractor and workforce management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating site activities.
• Planning and sequencing works to maintain programme.
• Managing specialist subcontractors and site operatives.
• Coordinating structural alterations, temporary works and associated builderswork.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and other contractors.
• Assisting with programme updates, progress reporting and project handover.
