Job summary

Bimplus in the City of London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead complex cut & carve, structural alterations and heavy refurbishment projects across central London.

You will be the number one on site, taking responsibility for the programme, subcontractors, client relationships, logistics, health and safety and quality from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest standards. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Lead on-site delivery experience on complex projects.
• Strong programme management and coordination skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for site delivery.
• Managing subcontractors and specialist trades on site.
• Coordinating structural alterations, demolition and temporary works activities.
• Managing project programmes and sequencing of works.
• Chairing site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Identifying and resolving technical and logistical challenges.
• Maintaining health & safety compliance across site.
• Managing project reporting and progress updates.
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving projects to completion within programme requirements.
