Skilled Careers is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a traditional build residential development in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. You will oversee day-to-day site operations with the production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for a Housing Association scheme.

The role suits an experienced ASM looking to step up, with HA or partnership experience advantageous. The package includes a company car (electric) and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working on traditional build schemes.
• Experience of working with Housing Associations (HA).
• First Aid training.
• Scaffold awareness and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and oversee the production team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to the build programme.
• Provide clear direction to on-site teams on responsibilities and targets.
• Plan for future schemes and potential expansion of duties.
• Control labour, materials, and plant to meet critical path deadlines.
• Ensure work aligns with specifications and programme milestones.
• Provide accurate progress reports and dates to stakeholders.
• Monitor costs and minimise non-productive expenditures.
• Drive quality at every stage of construction.
• Achieve successful internal and external inspections pass.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Support self-development and development of others.
• Review production quality and payments to subcontractors.
