Albion Recruitment Ltd is assisting in sourcing an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a new project in Gosport, Hampshire. You will oversee a £1.3m rainscreen cladding package on a school development, working with a leading main contractor to deliver on time, safely and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of rainscreen systems, site coordination of subcontractors and robust H&S practices. Salary is circa £65,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in façade/cladding.
• Strong technical understanding of rainscreen cladding systems.
• Experience managing specialist façade packages from install to completion.
• Confident coordinating site teams, subcontractors and main contractor relationships.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant site management qualifications and health and safety certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of rainscreen cladding, on programme and to quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, labour and site resources.
• Monitor progress against programme and address delays with solutions.
• Liaise with main contractor, client representatives and internal teams.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Manage site health and safety, RAMS, toolbox talks and inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics and site activities.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging and handover requirements.

The Opportunity

We are working with an established specialist façade contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a new project in Gosport, Hampshire. The successful candidate will oversee a £1.3m rainscreen cladding package on a school development, working alongside a leading main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced façade professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a project from a site management and operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the rainscreen cladding package, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, labour and site resources.
• Monitor project progress against programme, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions.
• Liaise with the main contractor, client representatives and internal management teams.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Manage site health and safety, including RAMS, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics and site activities to maintain efficient project delivery.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging and project handover requirements.
