Hays Construction is recruiting a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a flagship £40m Oxford development. You will lead day-to-day site operations, drive programme, and coordinate multiple subcontractors in a live environment, reporting to the Project Manager.

Oxford-based role offering long-term regional work with clear progression, a salary of £67,000–£78,000 DOE, car allowance, annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects valued >£20m with a main contractor.
• Proven ability to manage refurbishment and new build works.
• Strong leadership, communication and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Driving programme and production targets.
• Coordinating subcontractors across multiple fronts.
• Maintaining health, safety and quality standards.
• Leading site meetings and progress reviews.
• Mentoring junior site team members.
