Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead education construction projects in the Oxford area. You will drive delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while working as part of a collaborative team committed to the local community.

You'll manage on-site operations, lead safety and sustainability initiatives, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure smooth handover. A proven track record on live education schemes and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering construction projects.
• Experience on live education projects.
• Read and interpret programmes, drawings and specs.
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects to time, budget and quality.
• Manage project programmes, logistics and supply chain.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Maintain client relations and professional conduct.
• Support defect closure and handover processes.
• Develop and implement project strategies for sustainability.
