Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a new build project in Ellesmere Port. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, and ensure works are delivered on programme with high quality standards.

Candidates should have strong experience in general build construction, SMSTS/CSCS, First Aid, and excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in managing new build projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams from start to finish.
• Solid health and safety focus and site documentation management.
• High quality workmanship and attention to detail required.
