Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for a new build project in Ellesmere Port. You will oversee day-to-day site running, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and drive the project to meet programme and quality standards.

You will manage health & safety, maintain site documentation, and communicate with the Project Manager and client team to keep progress on track. Strong leadership and H&S focus are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong new build construction background.
• Good knowledge of general building construction.
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong H&S and quality awareness.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Good communication and organisational skills.

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join a new build project in Ellesmere Port.

This is a general construction role, so we’re looking for someone with a strong all-round background in managing new build projects, subcontractors and site teams from start through to completion.
