Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a new build project in Ellesmere Port. The role covers day-to-day site leadership, subcontractor coordination, and delivery to programme with strong H&S control.

You will manage site teams, liaise with the Project Manager and client team, and ensure works meet quality standards. Permanent/freelance options may be available, with a focus on delivering high-quality builds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong new build construction background.
• Good knowledge of general building construction.
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong H&S and quality awareness.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• First Aid certification.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to join a new build project in Ellesmere Port.

This is a general construction role, so we’re looking for someone with a strong all-round background in managing new build projects, subcontractors and site teams from start through to completion.
