Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd currently seeks an experienced Residential Site Manager for a new build housing site in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. This permanent role requires prior new build housing experience to drive delivery to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have NHBC standards awareness, a valid CSCS card and driving licence, with SMSTS/First Aid and working at heights qualifications preferred to ensure site safety and compliance on a busy private housing project.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing projects to strict deadlines.
• NHBC Standards knowledge or equivalent apprenticeship/experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence and CSCS card required.

• Qualified to relevant construction qualifications or significant industry experience including housing & commercial projects.
• Experienced Assistant Site Manager - working to tight timeframes.
• Track record of successful delivery of construction projects valued over £1 million in the private / commercial sector.
