Daniel Owen Ltd are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager for a new build housing site in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, England. The role is permanent and requires proven ability to deliver housing and commercial projects on time.

The successful candidate will manage on-site activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and work to tight timeframes with a strong track record in £1m+ projects. CSCS, NHBC awareness, and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified to relevant Construction qualifications or significant industry experience including housing & commercial projects.
• Experienced Assistant Site Manager - working to tight timeframes.
• Track record of successful delivery of construction projects valued over £1 million in the private / commercial sector.
• Awareness of the NHBC Standards and compliance requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card.
• Ideally you will have qualifications that include - SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness, Working at Heights.
