Crest Nicholson Midlands Division is recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join our Yarndale Gardens development in Brackley, Northamptonshire. You will report to the Build Manager and ensure the speedy, accurate, and cost-effective planning of the site while upholding quality, sustainability and safety.

You will manage subcontractors, transfer drawings from concept to construction, monitor budgets, and enforce strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Site Management experience with a main Housebuilder.
• Proven multi-phase, mixed-use project experience.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site.
• Commercially and financially aware of costing and sustainability.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Able to build strong working relationships.
• Strong team and people management skills.
• Motivated and able to engage with all staff and third parties.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Health and Safety focus with a proactive safety promotion mindset.

Responsabilités

• Plan and oversee development sites with speed, accuracy and cost discipline.
• Onboard suitable subcontractors and ensure materials are resourced and stored safely.
• Conduct checks to ensure quality standards across the scheme from concept to completion.
• Transfer setting-out drawings, road positions and dwellings from design to construction.
• Manage budgets and never compromise on quality or safety.
• Identify issues and raise them with the Build Manager as needed.
