Qualifications

• HNC/HND level qualification required.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications needed.
• Strong IT/paperwork and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support of the operational delivery team.
• Liaise and manage sub-contractors on site.
• Report to Senior Management on daily performance and delivery issues.
• Handle negotiations and delivery pressure on a large newbuild project.
• Ensure HS&E, quality standards, processes and policies are adhered to.
• Maintain high quality standards and address issues with subcontractors/trades.
• Interface with client and liaise as required.
