Job summary

Castellum is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to own high-value super-prime residential projects in Surrey from pre-construction through to handover. You will lead technically complex schemes, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, leading architects and specialist consultants.

Role requires a proven track record on super-prime residential builds, strong technical knowledge of basements and listed buildings, and excellence in client-facing

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering super-prime or high-end prime residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver super-prime residential projects from start to handover.
• Oversee programming, procurement, cost control, quality, safety and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor site-based teams and direct labour.
• Collaborate with in-house designers, QS and senior leadership.
• Report directly to a Director.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with UHNW clients and their teams.
