Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a Canterbury-based project. You will lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, uphold safety and quality, and coordinate with QS and planners across Kent as our pipeline grows.

The role requires a proven track record on multi-million pound schemes, flexibility to travel, and professional qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid. Permanent, full-time position offering a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• SMSTS (site management qualification)
• CSCS Black Card (Managerial)
• First Aid at Work accreditation
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Kent

Responsabilités

• Site Leadership: run on-site operations from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality.
• Subcontractor Management: coordinate, motivate and direct staff, trades, and supply-chain partners.
• Health, Safety & Environment: promote zero-harm culture and ensure compliance with statutes and company policies.
• Quality Assurance: uphold QA/QC processes and maintain right-first-time delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: engage with clients, design teams and local communities.
• Commercial Coordination: work with project QS and planner to track milestones and mitigate risk.
