Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of site teams and on-site safety
• Strong track record delivering schemes in multi-million ranges
• Flexibility to travel across Kent and manage multiple sites
• Excellent communication with clients, design teams and supply chain
• Formal qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (Managerial), First Aid at Work

Responsibilities

• Site leadership from pre-construction to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards on site
• Uphold QA/QC processes to ensure right-first-time outcomes
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress
• Collaborate with project QS and planner to monitor milestones and risk
