Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Manager for prestigious prime residential projects in North Hampshire. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven Senior Site Manager experience on high-spec residential builds, with strong technical knowledge and leadership. SMSTS and First Aid are desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering high-value residential projects.
• Background in prime residential, bespoke homes or other high-specification construction.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing programme and change.
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project or similar.

Senior Site Manager – Super Prime Residential

Salary: £70k-75k + car allowance + package

Location: North Hampshire

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established, highly regarded contractor delivering exceptional, high-specification private residences across the South East.

You’ll take the lead on prestigious prime residential projects with contract values ranging between £5m and £15m, overseeing all aspects of site delivery from programme and quality through to health and safety, subcontractor management, and overall project performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, technically strong leader who takes pride in delivering complex, high-quality homes to exceptional standards.
