Job summary

Kier Group in Rainham is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction on our Rainham/Lewisham site. You will drive safety, quality and delivery, coordinating resources and liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to achieve excellent project outcomes.

The role requires a CSCS card and SMSTS, substantial site management experience, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification required.
• Extensive site management experience in construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive health and safety and environmental awareness.
• Highly organized with good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site staff to ensure project success.
• Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental policies.
• Manage communications with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Plan and manage resources for internal and external needs.
• Deliver projects within budget, on schedule and to client satisfaction.
