Vistry Group PLC is seeking a Site Manager for our Grantham development, responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to required quality. You will manage crews, coordinate resources, enforce safety standards and liaise with contractors and customers.

We value in-person collaboration but will consider flexible working where possible; you will work with the buying and surveying teams to secure materials and support project delivery while

Qualificações

• Proven background in new build housing site management.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safety culture.
• Direct labour, equipment and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, address delays or risks promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to assess quality, safety and progress.
