The People Pod is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a major high-rise residential scheme in Luton. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate Site Managers and subcontractors, and drive programme, quality and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on delivery, and knowledge of envelope/façade packages alongside internal works, with emphasis on Building Safety Act and QA standards. A long-term career with a supportive leadership team awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential/HRB schemes.
• Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach to site delivery.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both façade/envelope and internal works.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes.

• Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages AND internal construction works.

• Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors.

• Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements.

• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to site delivery.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
