Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a Recladding project to act as No.1 on site on a 12-month freelance/contract basis. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, timing, budget, and high quality across the works.

Primary focus includes facade installation, building remediation, health and safety compliance, and subcontractor management. You will chair weekly subcontractor meetings and engage with clients as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as No.1 on site for recladding or facade projects.
• Extensive knowledge of JCT contracts with standard amendments.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings.
• Conduct daily H&S walkarounds.
• Conduct drawing reviews to ensure design compliance.
• Manage quality control.
• Update the weekly programme using MS Project.
• Identify project variations.
• Chair weekly meetings with subcontractors and attend client meetings.
