Galliford Try Group is seeking a Senior Site Manager based in Exeter to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing site organization and managing a construction team to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in design and build projects, health and safety management, and the ability to lead and develop junior team members. This role offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience on design and build projects for a main contractor.
• Experience managing all aspects of the build process from design to handover.
• Experience working on Education and/or MOJ Projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is organized and always in good order.
• Assist and lead on various disciplines within the construction processes.
• Monitor performance against contract targets and instigate corrective actions.
