PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Aftercare Manager to lead major construction projects, overseeing delivery from construction through to handover and post-occupancy aftercare. The role demands a track record on healthcare, education, mixed-use or commercial schemes and a proven ability to coordinate complex site activities on high-value programmes.

You will manage subcontractors and trades, drive quality and programme targets, maintain high health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare, education, mixed-use and commercial schemes.
• Proven track record delivering projects from construction to handover and aftercare.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to support delivery.
• Manage defects and snagging to achieve quality targets.
• Ensure programme milestones and quality targets are met while maintaining safety.
• Represent the contractor at site meetings and support client relationships during handover and aftercare.
