Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Site Manager with major civil engineering experience to lead a large water treatment project. You will manage site delivery, safety, quality, environment and cost objectives to meet customers' goals.

This permanent role requires strong civils background, ability to supervise Sub Agents, Engineers and Foremen, and to produce project plans, RAMS, ITPs and two-week look-ahead schedules in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering and as a Site Agent delivering projects in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of specifications and testing regimes in general civil engineering.
• CSCS certification is mandatory.
• IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS required.
• Temporary Works Coordinator qualification desirable.
• Confined space training appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and delivery of multiple civil and water sector projects.
• Lead a team of Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen to achieve safe, compliant, and quality work.
• Ensure production of Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs and Waste Management Plans per procedures.
• Maximise commercial performance of the contract.
• Develop and manage the construction programme and a 2-week look-ahead.
• Coordinate procurement schedules with the procurement team to ensure resources.
